Shipping Policy
Every pair of Bookish Denim jeans is made to order just for you. That’s why our delivery times are longer than a typical store’s, and we want you to know exactly what to expect.
Processing & Production Time
- Production starts after your order is placed and takes about 30 days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin production on the next business day.
Shipping Time
- Once your order leaves production, delivery takes 6–12 days.
- Estimated total time from order to delivery: about 36–42 days.
Holidays, peak seasons, weather, and customs checks can occasionally cause extra delays that are outside our control.

We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders. 🌍
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Tracking can take 2–5 days to show movement after the label is created. That’s normal.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be charged import duties, customs fees, or taxes by your country. These charges are set by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility. We have no control over them and can’t predict the amount.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before you place your order. We’re not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 24 hours of ordering and we’ll fix it before production starts.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your tracking hasn’t updated in 10+ days, or it shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, email us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it. Please check with neighbors and your local post office first.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please see our Return & Refund Policy. Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.
